Position: HEAD OF ENTERPRISE SERVICES and MANAGER OF STRATEGIC INITIATIVES
Arthur is Head of Enterprise Services and is responsible for the growing smRTpass division of nTech. Arthur leads the strategy for smRTpass’s HR Advisory, Support and Managed Services. These services close gaps between business objectives and existing capabilities and enable businesses to greatly exceed industry benchmarks for talent accessibility and recruitment effectiveness.
Since joining smRTpass in 2016, Arthur has shaped core enterprise services and has played a key role in becoming a strategic partner to customers. Arthur successfully led the transformation of smRTpass’s Talent Curation, Payrolling & Vendor Compliance strategies and more recently led the launch of Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud with a corporate social responsibility strategy to build cultural competence, improve business results, and make a greater impact on the community. He is now deploying smRTpass’s HR services, which will improve outcomes for local nonprofit, early stage and middle market companies in Maryland. In this role, Arthur leads discussions regarding HR compliance, independent contractor compliance and strategic workforce planning, regularly communicating with nTech’s board and team of attorneys, CPAs, consultants and other advisors.
Previously, Arthur was lead of talent acquisition at nTech. He was responsible for recruitment strategy and execution. Arthur joined nTech in 2013 from the Computing Research Association (CRA), where he was an Independent Contractor providing as-needed consulting and support services to CRA’s executive director and the interim director of CRA’s Computing Community Consortium (CCC).
