Company History
Surajit Sengupta and Sridhar Kunadi, Co-Founders, entered the staffing industry in 2005 to solve problems with the way agencies interacted with candidates and workers. They saw an opportunity to improve the industry for customers, candidates and workers alike and opened the doors for nTech Solutions. Nationally recognized by Inc. 500, nTech experienced tremendous growth and was established as a top-performing provider of IT staff augmentation services with industry-recognized contingent labor programs.
Mr. Sengupta and Mr. Kunadi extrapolated their success and founded nTech Connect, entering the professional services and payrolling sides of the staffing industry. They expanded to multiple locations and purchased the current headquarters, a 3000 sq. ft. office location in Columbia, Maryland. To further define their enterprise, Mr. Sengupta and Mr. Kunadi established a board of advisors and successfully earned the ISO 9001:2008 (now ISO 9001:2015) certification for staffing operations and began exploring opportunities to innovate and disrupt within the staffing industry.
In 2016, nTech began providing managed services and in 2018 re-branded smRTpass, the enterprise services division, with a clear vision to catalyze the future of work and obtain status as a leading service provider.
